Shahid & Anushka had never gambled in their life till the time they shot for this film. To make the scene look authentic director Parmeet Sethi gave them $100 each one night before the shoot and asked them to gamble, so that they experience the spirit of winning and loosing on the roulette table. This strategy was both advantageous and non-advantageous. While on one hand it helped the actors to give a brilliant shot in the film, on the other hand, Shahid lost a lot of money in these 'practice sessions!' ..;-)
